Kexin Packaging was built in 2013, began with rotogravure printing flexible packaging solutions including Stand up zipper pouches, Flat bottom pouches, Side gusset pouches, Flat pouches, Spout pouches, Roll film, and etc.
With the development of economy, we realized that overcapacity has appeared in many industries. Consumers are no longer satisfied with the basic needs of products, but pay more attention to product quality, variety and personalization. Personalized , small batches, multiple Skus becomes a trend of commodity, while this can not be solved by rotogravure printing any longer.
In 2019, we started the digital printing packaging by HP Indigo 20000 printer press, the widest printing width and top-level digital printing machine applied in flexible packaging. It changes the past mass production method that can only be in units of 10k pcs, and provides a more flexible personalized, small-batch production supply. We also make many innovations in digital printing, and can make almost all special process that rotogravure printing can does, such as hot foil stamping, flat bottom pouch, UV spot glossy, etc.
In 2023, our factory purchase another HP Indigo 25000 printer press, which expound our digital printing packaging production capacity a lot.
In comply with digital printing and rotogravure printing methods, we are able to offer One-Stop Shop Packaging Solutions based on all demands of orders including recyclable& compostable packaging.
